Our Ethical Policy
At
Resonate we aim to work as efficiently and in the most ethical way
possible. Like all private businesses we must make a profit to remain in
business. However, we feel this must not be done at the needless expense
of our environment, our staff and the people and organisations we deal
with.
Working
Practices
We offer a fair and trustworthy alternative to our competitors. We
appreciate the trading positions of our suppliers and endeavour to pay
them on time and do not aim to profit by malice in any way.
We adhere to all relevant Employment and Health and Safety legislation.
We employ people not on the basis of sex, creed, race, beliefs or age,
but on the basis of their suitability for the role.
We do not discriminate with a business or individual in anyway and will
not work with organisations and individuals that do.
We encourage home/remote working for staff and partners.
Supporting local charities
We
provide free marketing and communications support for three charities
based in the South West helping young children, a local community and
the environment.
Environment
We are
determined to limit the effect our actions have on the environment as a
company and individuals.
We will use public transport where appropriate and encourage walking and
cycling as an alternative to using private cars.
Likewise, we use the most up to date communications technology as much
as possible to reduce the need for movement of people and goods.
We avoid waste, damaging the environment and use recycled materials
where possible whilst encouraging staff, partners and suppliers to take
greater responsibility and understanding for their own environment.
We encourage clients to choose the most environmentally friendly option
when producing campaign materials.
We work in partnership with our suppliers and associates to comply with
all regulatory requirements at a local, national and European level.
